Session Chair
Offer speaker water. Introduce speaker. Show provided time-remaining cards. Remind speaker to repeat questions. Grin.
Teaching Assistant
Assist the teacher and students of the Young Coders class. Beam.
T-Shirts
Dispense shirts. Accept donations. Smirk.
Video Assistant
Assist the Videographer. Aim and focus. Twinkle.
Signage
Update all room signs (at doors) after each talk. Simper.
Backup
Stand ready to step into any of the above roles as necessary. Laugh.
